MyFly Club Update – 6 April 2026
Happy Easter to everyone who celebrates.
As we continue preparing for launch, a number of new features and balancing changes are now being tested and rolled out.
New Features
- You can now have one account with multiple airlines (currently still in testing)
- Distance unit localisation has been added in View Settings, including nautical miles, kilometres, and miles
- Flight numbers can now be customised
- Route costs are now based on aircraft model category size, or the difference when increasing category size
Balance Changes
- Quality has been made slightly harder to achieve
- This should particularly help luxury airlines stand out more clearly
Other Improvements
- There is now a new balance feedback thread for airline type, milestones, stock and related systems
- Affinity requests and updates are also being reviewed
We’re also asking players to resurface older feedback and bug reports that may have been lost over time, as part of the final cleanup before launch.
The reset for the long 30-minute cycle game is scheduled for tomorrow evening GMT. The game will be left paused for around 12 hours so that players can set up at a more relaxed pace.
MyFly Club Update – 1 April 2026
Another round of balancing and feature changes has gone live as we continue shaping the game ahead of launch.
Economy and Airline Performance
Dividends are back. The goal is now to achieve the highest dividend per share within your airline type. PASK has also been updated to work along similar lines. At the same time, target EPS has been adjusted downward and the cash-on-hand target has been removed.
Balance Changes
- Mega HQ has been nerfed and no longer provides double airport reputation
- Additional steps have been added to progression tracks for all airlines
- Milestones have been reworked and rebalanced
- Regional airlines now pay 0% for frequency, but 40% more for capacity
- Base costs have been reworked and are generally higher
Improvements and Fixes
- Interest rate calculation has been fixed
- Country title enhancements have been added
- Countries now support a maximum of 6 managers
- More information is now shown in the country view
- The old log has been removed and replaced with a more typical notification drawer accessed from your airline name or logo
- Ranking leaderboard improvements and fixes have been added
- Various additional bug fixes have been made
There will still be another balance pass before launch, along with continued UX improvements and bug fixing.
MyFly Club Update – 22 March 2026
A smaller update has been posted, but it still includes some useful improvements.
Aircraft swapping should now be more robust, making it easier to manage operational changes without unexpected issues.
We’ve also added map options. At the moment these are available as a separate control, but if players find themselves using them often, we may bring them directly onto the map interface in a future update.
This was a lighter update overall, but it continues the process of refining the game ahead of launch.
MyFly Club Update – 20 March 2026
We’ve released another update with a mix of important fixes, balance adjustments, and quality-of-life improvements.
One of the biggest changes is that airlines were previously gaining reputation silently even when they had zero levels of tracks. That has now been fixed, which means players with only a small number of tracks may notice their target reputation is now much lower than before.
We also found that baseline demand was off, which affected travel rates. This has now been adjusted, so demand and reputation will generally be lower across the board. While this may feel like bad news at first, it puts the simulation on a more accurate and balanced footing going forward.
Fixes and Improvements
- Plan confirmation should now feel much faster
- Airplane construction timing has been improved
- Champion logos have been added
- Dynamic charms now update more smoothly
- Action Points can now be spent regardless of manager setup
- A 48-week average has been added to the Links table
- Baseline and current demand are now visible in Research
- New affinities have been added
- More aircraft images have been introduced
Balance Changes
- Megabase is now more expensive
- Some milestones have been made easier
- Stock buybacks are now more impactful
There are also many smaller bug fixes and refinements included in this update. We’ll continue to tweak airline types, reputation, and travel rates as we move forward.
Thank you for all the feedback so far. It’s helping shape the game in a big way.
